Anticipatory grief refers to the feelings and emotions you have before a death or loss (of any kind) occurs. It is commonly experienced when there is a terminal diagnosis or when we know a death is likely. In this virtual education session facilitated by BFO, you will learn more about what anticipatory grief is, as well as strategies for taking care of yourself and others.
