When you’re grieving, special occasions can be a time of overwhelming emotions, new challenges and unrealistic expectations. This education session acknowledges the difficulties special days can bring and discusses coping strategies to help you through.

This session, in partnership with Interfaith Community Counselling Centre, takes place on Thursday December 7 2023 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. It is in-person at ICC (23B Church St. New Hamburg, ON N3A 1J1 )
