Handcrafted blue glass star (3.5″x 3.5″) with blue and silver wire, personalized with your person’s name. The name is handwritten by a volunteer on a small tag and attached to the keepsake clasp. Personalization is optional.
If you are attending Night of Bright Stars on November 22, your keepsake(s) will be available for pick-up then. If you are not attending, they will be available for pick-up at The Family Centre (65 Hanson Avenue, Kitchener) after November 22 (dates to be determined).

All sales are final. We only replace individual items if they are defective or damaged as the result of a manufacturing or fulfillment cause. Items damaged in transit are not eligible for replacement by BEREAVED FAMILIES OF ONTARIO – MIDWESTERN REGION and you should file a claim with the carrier, following their procedures generally located on their website.
Gift Cards are deemed as cash and will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.
