We are pleased to offer a virtual version of our Living with Loss peer support program to ensure that people in our community who are grieving can continue to receive peer support during this time of physical distancing. We want to do our part to lessen the isolation you may be feeling during a time of increased isolation.
As per our usual Living with Loss groups, our virtual sessions will be facilitated by two peer support volunteers. PLEASE REMEMBER: We are not therapists, counselors or mental health professionals. We are providing a safe space to connect with other people who are grieving, to share thoughts and feelings and to hear new perspectives and coping strategies. This group is for adults 18+ and is still free of charge.
