Grieving a death by substance use

The Living with Loss by Substance Use peer support group is for adults 18+ grieving a death by drugs or alcohol. The goal of this group is to lessen stigma, encourage dialogue and host a welcoming space for you to learn to heal. All Living with Loss groups are led by two trained peer support volunteers who are also grieving a death.

This group runs monthly, and you do not need to attend every session. You are welcome to join at any point in your grief and attend for as long as you need the support.

We meet virtually on the third Wednesday of the month from 7-9 p.m.

YOU MUST REGISTER FOR EACH GROUP YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND. Space is limited, so only register if you know you can join. To cancel your registration, email support@bfomidwet.org or call 519-603-0196

Registration closes at 4:00 p.m. on the day the group meets.

PLEASE NOTE: Our groups pause for the summer and don’t run for the months of July and August.
